-Cancellation policy:
Vine & Canvas cancellations or reschedules require a 48 hour notice for all regular Vine & Canvas classes only. This does not include Custom Private Paint/Life Drawing Parties. Cancellations should be made via email or by phone, providing us the opportunity to fill the seat. We will provide a full refund or reschedule you with 48 hours notice. We will charge the event fee for reservations not cancelled 48 hours in advance. Cancellations for classes are rare and customers will be notified via phone and/or email of cancelled classes. Vine & Canvas reserves the right to cancel a class if there are less then 4 students booked for said event. CUSTOM PRIVATE PAINT/LIFE DRAWING PARTY DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. NO SHOWS FORFEIT THEIR REGISTRATION FEE AND WILL NOT RECEIVE CLASS CREDIT NOR REFUND.
Vine & Canvas Studio is not responsible for any item of Student’s personal property. Studio shall not be held responsible if any such items are lost or stolen. Studio shall keep any items left at the Studio premises in a designated “lost and found” area. Any items in the “lost and found” area not claimed within a reasonable time will be donated to charity or discarded.
